a bit about me:
Result oriented management style with 19 years of rich experience in developing and managing design and business strategies leading to memorable consumer experiences has been my key strength. Proven success in brand experience management and innovation strategies servicing an array of consumers and connecting with communities via amalgamation of design, culture and technology is my core competency.
My current role entrusts me in contributing towards organizational strategies through creative thinking, and solution-based mindset; from a thought to outcome ranging from system design to brand experience. This involves managing cross functional creative teams through store design and build, technology development, staff hiring and training, and other activities necessary for successful brand expansion in the physical space.
I am also entrusted responsibility as a Business Head and fashion evangelist for the Groups’ leading fashion concept FBB (fashion at Big Bazaar-a turnover of 3.3 million USD) with a key focus on transforming and building organizational capabilities driving sales and profit target and incubating new fashion concepts both from design & business perspective.
